I haven't received my order yet. Can I get an update?
As noted in the shipping section before purchase, delivery times are between 12 and 20 days due to the various suppliers we work with overseas.  Additionally, some orders can take up to 3 to 5 days to process before shipping due to high demand. Once shipped, you can track your order via the tracking number that was provided in your shipping confirmation email.  If it's been over 30 days since you placed your order, please let us know by notifying us here. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

I never received an order confirmation email.  Did my order go through?
You should have received an order confirmation email, as well as a shipping confirmation email once your order was processed.  If you did not receive an email from "Cozy Josie", be sure to check your spam folder first.  It could also be that your email information was entered incorrectly.  Contact us here with your information and we can resend your order information.

Can I cancel my order?
We can only cancel orders within 4 hours of purchasing.  Once we have processed the order and it has been shipped, we can no longer cancel the order.

Can I update my address?
Yes, you can update your address if you contact us within 4 hours of placing your order.  Contact us here and reference your order number to update your address.

I never received my order.  Help!
Oh no!  We apologize for this inconvenience and will sort this out for you.  If it's been over 30 days since you ordered, please contact us here with the order information and we'll look into the status of your order and resend it with no questions asked.

My order arrived damaged.
Occasionally orders can be damaged during the shipping and handling process.  If this is the case, please contact us here with the issue and we'll send you a new item or issue a full refund.

I have received only part of my order in the mail.  Where is the rest of my shipment?
As noted on our shipping page, some items will be shipped separately for logistical reasons.  We ship directly from multiple suppliers around the world, so if you purchased several items, they will likely arrive in separate packages.  Please be patient and the rest of your order will arrive soon!  You can also use the tracking information provided to track your order.

Is it safe to process payments through you?  Do you have access to my credit card details?
We use Stripe, Paypal, Google, and Amazon Pay, leading international payment providers, to process all purchases.  We do not have access to any customer private data.  All data is processed encrypted via Stripe, Paypal, or Amazon.
